Overview

Welcome to Voltek. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Voltek, an independent online retailer based in Hubert, North Carolina. By visiting voltekpower.us or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account credentials secure.

2. Products

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors and appearance can differ by screen. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Voltek is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft or any manufacturer unless stated. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if an item becomes unavailable. To change or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

4. Shipping

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. See our Shipping Policy for current windows and costs.

5. Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use, not commercial resale.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images and design, belongs to Voltek or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, the store and the products sold through it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Voltek's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Relationship with Shopify

This store is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Voltek, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Voltek.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept them.
