Where we ship

Currently the United States.

Shipping cost

  • Standard: $8 flat, or free on orders of $70 or more.

How long it takes

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the item:

  • US-stocked items (most controllers, headsets, keyboards, mice, monitors): 3–7 business days.
  • Select accessories shipped from our overseas partners: 8–15 business days. This is noted on the product page.
  • UK-sourced items such as the Gothic Imp case: 7–12 business days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the window above, email jewing@voltekpower.us and we'll chase it.
